Overview

"Tamazirte Oufalla" is an isolated village perched high on the mountain, where the inhabitants live cut off from the world. Requests for the construction of a road are submitted to the local authorities, notably to Amrare, the caid (local chief), but without success. Amrare suggests that the villagers move further down to build their homes there. However, this proposal is met with a categorical refusal...
