Mayumi Tanaka was born on January 15, 1955, in Tokyo, Japan. She is a Japanese actress, voice actress and narrator. Her real name is Mayumi Abe (阿部真弓 Abe Mayumi). She is known for her roles as Monkey D. Luffy in One Piece, Kuririn and Yajirobe in the Dragon Ball franchise, Koenma in Yu Yu Hakusho, Ryuunosuke Fujinami in Urusei Yatsura and various other roles
